stick sanding

Stick sanding is a technique where
sandpaper is placed over a paint stick.

The stick stays flat, yet bends over the humps to sand the peaks of the humps to a soft flat surface.

This process is also called block sanding.
You can see that Kevin is working on the 962 nose.
