gluing G-99 fender ducts

Just before lunch today, Kevin, Andy and Bill
were gluing the fender ducts into the G-99 tail.

It was fun to watch all the action with 3 guys
quickly working together on one tail.
A lot of finger action going on...
fingers are the best applicators.

To accomplish some things, you need teamwork!
Sometimes clekos won't do, so Andy is taping
to hold the parts together while the glue dries.

They were doing a pretty good job accomplishing this task
with all the gluing, taping, drilling, adjusting, and cleko-ing going on.

Bruce was watching from under the trailer.

Kevin is smearing epoxy cabosil, but he has to work fast
because you only have 10 minutes after it is mixed before it cures.

Now that's what I call togetherness!
Here's a very unprofessional video I just posted on youtube.
You'll have to excuse the chatter at the end...
I don't know how to edit my videos yet.

Andy is applying fiberglass patches with epoxy cabosil (tinted black).

She's getting there...
